Mission

Technical centers of creation, innovation and framing in the craft sector include, in addition to their specific tasks set out in their statutes, the following tasks:

• Encourage the creation and renovation by safeguarding originality and national heritage.
• Supervise and assist artisans to develop working methods, improve the quality of raw materials and diversify, act in the sense of cost control, precede the work of publicity and information, assist the artisans to exploit and market them, as well as organizing annual workshops.
• Encourage the use of natural raw materials and techniques to protect the environment and conserve natural resources
• Welcome new projects and frame them during all stages of their creation
• Establish partnership programs with higher education institutions and vocational training centers within a contractual framework, and to ensure scientific and technological intelligence industry including the development of studies, research and documentation as part of its specialization in collaboration with specialized bodies
• The inventory of national resources of raw materials used in the craft sector
• Collection and analysis of information inherent to the activities falling within its responsibilities
• The development and promotion of skills and craftsmanship
